A former professor at both the University of Hawaii and the University of Minnesota, Sandy educates each client on the buying/selling process, the loan process and the marketing process so when they get to the closing table, there’s no stress. They feel good about it.

When not busy on behalf of the homeowners, Sandy is usually busy in her community volunteering. She and her rescue dog, Ellie Mae, frequently visit Elder Care facilities. A devoted horse lover, Sandy rides in parades in full costume throughout Denver and the Mountain communities. And, as chairperson of the “Flowers for a Friend” committee, a beautiful bronze sculpture was presented to the Hiwan Homestead Museum memorializing the beloved Evergreen residents, Bill and Louise Mounsey.
