Debbie Blanc is a Colorado Native. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration with an Emphasis in Management. She worked in state government for over 28 years as a Director of Audit and Compliance, overseeing ﬁve divisions and 2,500 employees.
Debbie’s vast knowledge and expertise in audit, compliance, and in a government regulatory agency has helped her excel in the Real Estate Industry. Her commitment to providing the best client experience and changing the transaction management industry has made her one of the top Certiﬁed Transaction Coordinators in Colorado. Her business is the ﬁrst transaction coordination company with a bilingual department.
Her hobbies are Zumba, roller derby, rescuing dogs, and spending time with her grandkids, family, and friends.
