Swan Realtor Group is helping those employed in the medical professions by covering their closings costs when purchasing or refinancing a home!
What Is Nightingale Benefits?
The Nightingale Benefits program was inspired by a Denver man in the real estate mortgage business after a personal medical emergency. During his ER visit he realized he wanted to give back to the nurses and those in the medical professions. Months after his recovery, working with a select dedicated team of professionals, the Nightingale Benefits program was launched. This program is a way to thank those in the medical profession by helping them achieve their dream of home ownership.
The Swan Realtor Group is a proud real estate brokerage partner of the Nightingale Benefits Program. In collaboration with the program we cover most, if not all, your closing costs when purchasing or re-financing a home.
